Unavailability of judgments online

This is with regard to the judgments online. The judgments of the Supreme Court are published online. If you hit 'cestat' in 'google' search, you get the address 'http://judis.nic.in/dist_judis/Cestat_PDF_Retrieval_Main.asp'. If you hit the same it is completely disorganized unlike the similar website for the Supreme Court, 'http://judis.nic.in/supremecourt/chejudis.asp'. In the former website, i.e., of CESTAT, you enter search query, you move no further. It appears that certain online forums who sell subscription to access judgments, are managing these official CESTAT websites, lest the general public or those who interested in the judgments of CESTAT, do not get the full text of these judgments online free of cost, and these websites are somehow blocked. Will the CESTAT registry look into this aspect and rectify the defects and allow the public to get their judgments freely and instantaneously on their official websites, which they started with much pomp and show?
