Low voltage high bill

This is the complaint about the electricity that I experience as an electronics expert. As per rules and regulation it is alright. But as per billing it is not regular because of low voltage. According to the formula P=VI, P is power of the appliance which is constant, V is the voltage and I is the current. So whenever voltage is low the appliance needs to attain the power to work so it needs current for that. So the appliance must draw the current required by the appliance to work. So naturally it will speed up the meter to meet the requirement by the appliance. That is the problem of excess billing. So please do some necessary action not to snatch our finance unnecessarily.
