Harrasment and rough behaviou

The branch manager of SBI KHOSBAGAN BRANCH BURDWAN harrashed me every time. Just like that when I come to him with my monthly stock statement he does not received it in the same day, told me come next day. My question is his time is valuable but there is no value of my time. Whe he feel so? I think they were our servent, not we are.
