Complaint launched personally at VODAFONE stores ministers road, Sec’bad.

I am facing this problem since long and not able to call the numbers (STD _ LL) in spite of launching complaint for the 1st lime it was confirmed that the problem is resolved but unfortunately it remains the same.

Again on 14th April my self personally launched a complaint as mentioned above, till date it is not resolved.

You are kindly requested to look in to the matter and resolve the problem causing great difficulty to me.

Pl do the needful.
