Non-receipt of cggf proceeds

My ID is UT000050191 and membership advice No. is 400991130001718. As per last statement dt. 31/07 the 200 units purchased on 13/04/1999 were valued at Rs.2573.96 and no further statement has been sent to me. Since these units attracted 12 % interest and are maturing on 20/o5 kindly provide the last available statement and in case the cggf proceeds are being redeemed under ARS scheme kindly let me know as to when I shall get my proceeds at my address (22 Paschimi Marg (FF) Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110057); thanks & regards, Rishabh Aurora
