Non receipt of COD amount

Sir,

We had sent a parcel Ex Roorkee to Goa (Panjim) on COD basis vide cn no. 148477954 dt. 30-6-09. Though parcel has been personally collected from your branch by the consignee at Goa after a lot of trouble, proceeds of COD have so far not been received by us. We are in continuous touch of your Roorkee office through the booking agent, but no use.
