Dear sir,

This is to inform u that my mother & my Brother (mo-09835102895) is coming by train no 0385 From Dehri-on-sone to Delhi, Sit no S1- 28, 31 during crossing from kanpur Some one snached the Chain & ranaway she souted for help but no body was there to support her, they are too much hopless no policeman is there to give them support or write their FIR as they are coming first time to Delhi,

So i request the concern officer can they gets any type of sopport or Can FIR can be written,
