Long Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

Hi,

I am a long old customer of Chaitanya Gas Service, Dombivli. This agency has been delaying delivery of gas cylinders unnecessarily. Also there phone numbers are always busy and most of the times they do not pick up the call. The phone operators and employees are alse rude. Also i have heard from people that they are selling cylinders in black and that is why customers like us are not getting the delivery of gas cylinders on time.

I think that if they are not interested in providing the service and hence should shut down there agency.

I request http://inconsumercomplaints.com to take strict action against this agency since they are failing to provide the service they are obliged to.

I would suggest http://inconsumercomplaints.com to send a legal notice on behalf of all the customers to Chaintanya Gas Service or deregister the agency or I request you to atleast charge them with a hefty fine.

Please take a quick action as a gas cylinder is one of the basic necessity.
