Submission of the original certificate without any condition

I am kannan from chennai. On 22-6 i joined a bpo service company (night shift) chakara info solution arumbakkam (near to indian hospital) they asked me that bring my original certificate and filed a letter for one year submission in there company no stamp paper just a white paper regarding submission of the certificate.

i just worked there for one day it full of night shift (5.30pm to 2.30am) after that i got body pain till 4clk no sleep.next day wake up at eve 6 only so i didn't go from that.

after that i went to company i asked for my original certificate but the responce of the manager is very bad i can't do anything i can't give ur original certificates.after some time he asked me that pay me 6000rs as penality and take back ur certificates.there was no condition told like this before when they got my certificate's i fully upset regarding this.

they didn't provide me any offer letter when i joined nothing they asked only my original certificate.

pls do me needful to get back my original certificate back.
