Subject: selling and storing inflammables, eatables, explosive and hazardous substances, in the Ground and first floor without obtaining license or in contravention of the terms and condition of the license.

Sir,

The owner and occupant of basement at E-107 jeevan park pankha road, New Delhi has started a huge departmental store covering the entire basement of about 150 sq.ft. And has been selling and storing all kind of flammable, eatables, acids, explosives, gas filling capsule chamicals without any license/permission form your office and in violation of the conditions of license. The said usage is also in violation of the building bye laws.

Sir, it has also come to our notice that the said departmental store is not registered with the shop and establishment nor he has taken any kind of permission from the fire department/MCD and DDA before the establishment of the said store. The person visiting the said departmental store are and the risk of loosing their life.

In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the misused of the said basement area till proper license/permissions are obtained from the competent authorities.
