To whom so ever it may concern

mr.rahul of Wings - GST of Hutchison Essar South Ltd had visited me on 21-11-08 to offer a vodafone corparate connection for the plan 199 tax per month. I made a deposit of Rs. 400 on 22-11-08 with the required proof and procedures. It has not been activated yet even after the field officers had come for address verification. rahul is not available over his contact number. should i go to the consumer forum as i have no response.
