Egarding new prepaid connection

I today visited to your office in sector 34 A Chandigarh to obtain a prepaid connection for my spose on her name with completed documents i.e. Photo Votor I.Card, PAN card, application form duly filled and with photo pasted. But the intraction with dealing person at the counter was shocking and undesirable. Firstly for about 10 miniute he was busy gossiping with the security guard on some personal issue and when i submitted the form, he asked that the person appliying the connection have to come personnaly as he has to verify the photo identy, As the BSNL is a corporate house but some person with common sence needs to be posted at public dealing. It wasmore shocking that prior to my application he gave connection to a person even without having photo identity proof.

You are requested to direct the concerned not to harrase the common man
