Chandni Gas
Cylinder not delivered

My Consumer number is 4600. I'm a consumer of Chandni Gas Service, Nasirpur. I've made a computerised booking of gas on 25th of October and the cylinder is not delivered as yet. They don't have any practice to pick up the phone. Either the phones will be engaged or will not pick up. Earlier also i had faced such a problem. I'd booked the cylider and booking number was 1. As the cylinder was not delivered even after a week time, we went to the agency to enquire. We've been told that the booking was not registered. While we make computerised booking, how the consumer will come to know whether booking is registered or not. Please advice.
