I am R. Rajam. My Consumer No is 24811.. Recently we have shifted from West Mambalam to Ambattur. My previous agency was Vaishnavi Agency, T. Nagar.

Due to shifting, my gas regulator has been lost in transit.

I want a new one. Despite of my old age, I have visited Chandra Agency several times, but in vain.

Kindly arrange to issue me a new Regulator and also instruct them how to behave with customers like me properly.
