Rude, abusive Delivery man

Iam an old customer of HP Gas and my dealer is Chandrima Enterprises, 80, Gangadhar Banerjee Lane, Kolkata-23.Whenever I book the cylinder it takes 20/25 days for it to come and then their delivery man is not only rude but abusive also and refuses to deliver the cylinder to our doorstep as he does to others although we give him extra Rs.15/-. The last time he came to deliver my wife had to carry the same herself as this delivery man was behaving not less than a goonda. This time I had booked for a refill on 24th of July but no refill has been made. It is very much possible that he has sold our refill for a premium as he usually does.

Sir, I would like to know till when will we be made to suffer and why does the company not take any steps to stop this kind of exploitaion by their staff?

Please be kind enough to take appropriate steps immediately or I will have no alternative but to go to consumer court and take other legal steps that I deem fit.
