Dear Sir/ Madam,

Myself is Charulata Premkumar Chauhan. I am staying in Mulund -East, Nanepada Rd, I have taken divorce from my husband Mr. Amish Ramesh Thakker, they stay in Dombilvali - E, I have cancel my name from my in-laws rationcard since

10th March & submitted the acknowledgement with all legal divorce papers at Mulund Main Ration Office (Mulund-W),

they ask me to come & add the name in My father's (MR. premkumar Chauhan) rationcard on 1st April but employee over there he informed me that rationing officer Mrs. Patel, need some clarification form me, so i should speak to her directly,

on # 25611199 & My form No : 876055 & Annu kramank no: 8 / 08/ 1235...

I keep of calling every alternate day, i get only 1 answer form the staff that Mrs.patel, is on leave as her child is not well..

I understand that Mrs. Patel also had some responsibility towards her house also, but for her personal problem why shall we common public should suffer for so long..

Highly appreciated if responsible person like you take this case on priority bases, & help me out to add my name at my parents rationcard, so i could open my bank A/c & do other legal formalities too..

Your prompt response & action will be Highly appreciated..
