Non-Delivery as well as late delivery of documents

Dear Sirs,

We have informed your baddi office as well as Parwanoo Office telephonically about the non-delivery of couriers having docket no. 158985473 and 158985475 Ex- Baddi to Mumbai many time but no suitable reply was given from your above offices.. Through your website the status of above courier shown that same are returned back and lying at Delhi. Please arrange to return back the same to us at the earliest so that further necessary action can be taken. Also inform us the reason for returning the documents.

It is further to inform you that we have sent a box to our Head-Office, Mumbai vide docket no. 160930481 on dated 26.09.09 which was required urgently but the same was delivered only on. 05.10.09. This has caused huge loss and inconvenience to us.

Will Trackon Couriers improve their services and specially the arrogant behaviour of Baddi and Parwanoo staff.
