Charms India Pvt Lts is constructing a Multistory Flats named CHARMS SOLITAIRE near DPS Indrapuram.
Intialy the builder has taken approval of 140 Flats in the project & super area for the flats has been calculated & distributed to all the Flats accordigly, Now Builder has constructed 28 nos of flats extra (Total 168) in same area and not provising any benifit of reduction of super area to the Flat owners.
By this process Builder has charges 10 % extra money from the buyer.
At the time of possosion Builder also charging the Rs 30 per SFT to all the buyer as a Electrification charge which was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking, neither he want to show the calculation of these charge.
By this way Builder is making money a lot & buyer is bound to pay to take over (registary) the flats from buyer.
