I also have been a longtime Chase customer and took advantage of their 3.9% for life balance transaction. I have never been late with a payment, but they are now charging me a $10.00 a month fee and I have to pay 5% of the balance as a minimum due which takes my monthly payment from $200 a month to $600 a month. When I transferred balances from other credit cards, I accepted their terms in good faith, but obviously that was a mistake. Everyone I have talked to is talking about a class action suit. Go to the Medlaw site to see more complaints. I can't believe we are bailing these cheats out.
