CHATAK CHAAT Closure

We have taken the Chatak Chaat (Unit of F&P) franchise starting 14th June. After 3 and 1/2 months of time, from 1st oct they stopped the supply of raw material and staff with out any information. Due to this our shop is closed from 1st october onwards and we have to bear the loss of sale, rent, electricity, telephone bill, maintenance etc.

Also this is giving us mental disturbance and no body in chatak chaat wants to talk. We called many times to Viren Joshi and he is even not intended to take up the call. We notified the same to Chatak Chaat through courier and mail, but have not heard and received any information from there side.

We put a lot of money in setting up the shop and purchse of machinery. Also we paid one time franchise fees and branding money to Chatak Chaat. All these expenses is a waste for us now and we are in deep trouble.
