I recently opened an account in hdfc chandigarh branch, the sales executive opened the account jointly in the name of kaninder singh and gurmoney singh (my brother).i told him that i need an atm card, so he should open an account according to that.but he opened a saving account 00351000211299 in my and my brother name .when i received the welcome kit there was no atm card.i colled up sector 35 b chandigarh branch to complaint about the sales executive, i colled up at 2646157..miss ruhani picked up the phone, i asked her to give the col to any of her senior executive or manager so that i can complain about the sales executive..gursharan... but she also refused to give any phone number and banged the phone and disconnected the col... tell me is that the way to talk to any customer??? i colled up again nd again at that number but she didnt picked up..when i colled up 15th time she picked up d col and said do whatever u want to do i will not give any number to you... i was surprised and shocked on hearing this... this was the behaviour of your staff..i dont want to insult myself again..and i dont want to continuemy account with your bank.thanking you...
