Cheating people by giving false promises of providing job opportunities and taking money for the same

Mr Soumava Bhattacharyya posed to be a holding a office in Recruitment Services and took amount of Rs 10, 000 as placement charges in a reputed MNC in India in the year 2009.He also had several accomplices who were (maybe are still) operaring in Siliguri and Jalpaiguri Region, West Bengal. All his promises were false and had cheating in his intention. After he was unable to provide any placement and was asked to return the money he gave excuses of proving other opprtunities in MNCs. Finally when he failed in giving any services he again made a false promise that he would send the money and took my bank account number. No money was returned and such incidence took place twice. Soon I found that he had changed his cell phone number. I was tired of following up with him as he always had excuses for not returning the money and I left the hope of getting back my money.

I would like to make people to be aware of this person SOUMAVA BHATTACHARRYA and do not get in any financial dealings with him as he is a total cheat and would cheat people in every domain/sector of business.

Recently I was informed that he is running a firm called Adroit Trading where he is a co-founder and also poses to be a Public Relationship Manager at DebTrade Link which are based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

I want my money back and also want people to be aware of this person so that no one else is being cheated by this miscreant.
