STD rate

Sir,

I am an indian citizen residing in ghaziabad (near delhi).

Currently i am in bangalore. Today i made a call from a STD and the person asked me 5 rs for 1 min call. On asking from other STD booths i came to know that the call rate is only 3 rs /min. I had already taken the bill from the STD.

Not only did he charged extra amount but also came for a fight when i asked for the visiting card and told him that i will put the complaint on consumer court. The STD is located in 7th main, 19th cross, BTM II stage (near alliance college) bangalore.

I have a slight confusion regarding the call rates as 1 person charged me 5rs for 1 min and other 9rs for 3 mins. Please help me regarding it.

The person's behaviour was too rude. Please take some action towards it or please refine the charges that are applicable on calling from Bangalore to delhi if there is some mistake from my side in understanding the call rates.
