No response and behaving too bad

Getting very bad response whenever we contact the enquiry section of chella agency in selaiyur, .We applied for new gas connection on oct. Still we did not get any response from them. We approached them in office too, they are simply neglecting to answer and postponing the time without any valid reason. Sometimes, not at all responding to answer if we raise any queries.they are thinking like that they are king of the world and assuming the consumers as Beggers.
