Irresponsible reply from Manage

Hi

I registered a for new LPG connection on may. While registering, we were informed that the connecton can be obtained within 3 months. Even after 4 months of time, we were asked to wait for more time. With continuous enquiry we got the reply as " We have sent the letter to your address through register post". Till now we haven't got any letter regarding this. When this was informed to the agency, they were irresposible and let us to enquire in post office. All these were done and the postman informed that thier was no such letter to your address by confirming from his register. Is the letter really missed or just for the name sake we were informed tht the letter was sent to the address.

The simple answer we receive from agency is "we can't do anything. come with your letter. Go and search for it". Are the consumers have to do all these to get a connection? Who is there to verify whether they have sent the document to us? I believe that they haven't sent
