Settlement of Provident fund amount

Dear Sir,

I beg submit that I have worked for a company called M/s Chemcrown Exports limited, at pondicherry and they have their HO at Kolkatta. I joined that company on 07.08.2003 and left on 30.10.2005. I have submitted my application for settlement of my Provident Fund amount. But till date i have not received my claim. The Chemcrown HO is not giving any proper reply for my amount. My PF account number is WB/CA/39718/63. Kindly arrange to settle my account at an earliest.
