Non availability of salary & PF

We all were employees of Chemie-Tech Projects Ltd. Upto Sep. 2009

But due to non receipt of salary continuously for 5 months, we all left Chemie-Tech projects ltd. before a month; since we were not able to meet our minimum financial needs.

Sir, Over & above every month from our salary slip we were having employees deduction of Rs. 1000/- per month approx towards PF contribution. We had been already allotted our PF number in which every month employer has to deposit PF contribution as per rule.

Plz. guide us, what we can do
