EPF transfe

Dear sir,

I had worked with M/S Cheminova India Limited from June'2004 to Oct'2005 and after I left this organization, I joined M/S Atul Limited.

I had received pf transfer letter intimating cheque transfer against pf A/C No: MH/43128/693 to Vapi office for transfer of pf to my Atul Limited pf account. But till date it is not being transferred.

Cheque ammount Rs.:24212

Inspite of so many follow up with our HR dept. I am not able to trace this pf amount since last 3 years.

You are requested to check the status and revert back if the same was credited back to your account so that I can send fresh application for pf withdrawal.
