No receipt of death befits even after 1 yea

This is with reference to my previous mail regarding my brohers death claim policy

this is with reference to the above complaint gien to your grevicences cell on 9/5/09 and the reply made from your end stating that the ACCOUNT AND FILE HAS BEEN CLOSED" but till now nothing has happen. when we enquired with thiruvatriyur branch, they have asked us provide some more details. and the same has been submitted as required. and again when we contacted them after some days they said the file has been sent to divisional office for further level of process.
afte all these we waited and went to divisional office to know the status but as usuall they told us to wait, till day the investigation hs not been completed as of today [8/9] we have visited your divisional offoice more than twenty times, but no responsable answer were given to us.
BUT AS PER YOUR REPLY THE FILE HAS BEEN CLOSED,
NOW YOU TELL US WHERE SHOULD WE GO TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.
THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER AND GIVING FASLE INFORMATION AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
