Eading problem

i am in oldwashermenpet & i am an enngg coll student.last time your tneb employee doesnt take reading on my home. i pay the bill as CCD. and i inform to them tat my father expire.so pls alert my mom when you come to take reading the bill.but they wont alert me.this month also they didnt take reading in my home. so pls notice this and take action about this... and how can i pay the bill this month any fine or formality this time... reply me..
