Drainage block/over flow problem

I am residing Block No.21, Door No.28, South boag road, T.Nagar, for past 20 years. Over 6 months I am facing Drainage over flow very frequently, whenever I complain to Mr. Govindaraj 9884749599 and Mr. Ramalingam A.E 9840843166 they said they will send the person immediately but they never did, after lot of calls also they didn’t send the person we have to call them at least 3 times in a day to remained but we did not get the proper response.

They take at least a week to clean it, Whenever they came and cleaned that would be blocked on the same day or next day. It is happening till now from 6 months. I think they are not doing their work properly.

Sometimes the sewage water mixes with the metro water. Because of this last week I suffered by bad flue and my elder son also got fever, In our street lot of children badly affected by this.

Because of bad smell and over flow of drainage water we are unable to use the toilet and bathroom. How can we live in this environment?

I Request you to Kindly take quick and permanent action to prevent drainage over flow/block.
