Irritating response from porur bus depot service

Hi,

Today I had to wait for more than1 hour for M49 which goes to thiruvanmiyur. I called up 04423455811 (Porur bus depot)..When i had complained about bus not available for past 1 hr (1.30 PM to 2.20PM) the response was "If not available in 1 hr, wait for another hour). What a kind of response!!It is not a peak hour for the bus to get stuck up anywhere.when all other buses could be on time why alone this one..

Hope the behavior changes towards the customers also the problems regd this bus irregularities also changes.
