Rash Driving

Dear Sir/madam,

I am new to driving so was driving slowly With L Board on my car but still perfect in driving.

Yesterday (28th june'11) while I was going back from Office at 5:30P.M, when taking U Turn at SPIC I was going very slowly to join the airport road. When i was about to join the main road after taking U turn a MTC bus (TN01 XX 7291- Yellow color, going to thiruvanmayur) at very high speed suddenly took turn at Saidapet road- airport road, to change the lane hitting my car on the left front side with the Right tail-end of the bus.

I wanted to stop the bus but did not want create inconvenience to passengers and passerby on road.

Now i have a big scratch on my car with yellow paint from bus as a proof, the question is whom to reach out for such incidents.

These incidents are very common in day to day life, either with MTC buses, share autos, Cabs..sometimes even with personal vehicles.

Please take immediate action and let a common man know where to reach out for justice..
