Non delivery of product

We had ordered 12 Red Roses Bunch with Chocolate Cake 2 Lbs priced at Rs.949/- on the 13th April'09 from the above named website for delivery at Chennai on the 14th April'09. We paid using our credit card and were provided with the order Track id HCOF-1304200923.

It was disappointing to note that the delivery has not been done till date. The site promises same day delivery of flowers & cakes within Chennai. We are unable to track the status of the order on the site.

We had sent out a complaint to the customer care of the above website; Ref. No. CSD-144200945 but have not received any reply. We tried contacting on the mobile number provided on the website 91-9230765100 but the call was not taken.

We have been left with no choice but to put up a complaint with the consumer forum.

Please look into the matter and advise us.
