Goods not delivered

Booked by household items via chennai packers on 20mar10 and some to kottayam.

Items have not yet been delivered as on 10apr10.

The response by their staff is horrible and they have no shame in lying to the customer of the wereabouts.

They promised to deliver in 12days and now they do not answer honestly about the wereabouts.

Their supervisor balaji seems a born liar and very arrogant. His response to me was, you cannot do anything to us in case your items are lost. Do what you have to.

While they claim to ensue they will pack all the stuff for the rates quoted, the chaps who come to pack will pack only after you promise them inr 1000 which is also shared by their supervisor

It seems they have some politcal connection and hence the arrogance.

Not sure if it serves any purpose in writing all this as they are politically connected and threatens uswhen we call

my suggestions to all those whom plan to relocate - PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR CHENNAI PACKERS.

They are not honest and will not deliver your items as promised. Please do not get carried away by their price or promises.
