Not delivering our furniture

Dear Sir,

I shifftted from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 23/04. Our friends have given my funiture to Chennai Packers & Movers company on 24/04. We paid all charges and they promised us to deliver our furniture by 27/04. But unfortunately we did not receive our goods yet.

To check the status, when ever we are calling Hyderabad office they are asking us to call Mumbai office. When we call Mumbai office person, he is replying us in a rude way and telling us it may take 15 more days to deliver our furniture. We are in confusion and don't know where is our furniture and what is its status.

Can you please suggest us a way to solve this problem? As of now even Gas stove is also not with us and we need to spend lot of money for hotel food which is quite unhealthy to eat every day.
