Lost TV

We had booked 20 items from Chennai to Delhi through Chennai Packers and Movers on 29th October. They delived the goods on 22nd November after a delay of 12 days from the promised delivery date.

Upon receipt we were horrified to see that our TV was missing. The delivery person told us that it would have been missed at the delhi godown. When i repetedly contacted Mr. Murali, the delhi incharge he said that he has not received it from chennai and that i had to contact chennai office.

When I contaced the chennai office, all accept that the TV is missing and asked me to contact the claims manager.

He too has enquired and agrees that the TV is lost. But nobody is talking about replacing it or attending to the complaint. I have to call 2-3 times a day from delhi to chennai and follow up rigarously just to talk to some one. When I wished to talk to their MD, I am given a number which is forever switched off or not in use.

Pl let us know how to get our TV back.
