Delay in delivery

I have dispatched the household goods from Chennai to Hyderabad on 19th May, Tuesday (LR No.16584) and was assured that the goods will be reach Hyderabad and will be delivered to me the very next day. Though it didn’t reach on Wednesday, at least I would have expected them reach me by at least Thursday, which would have been reasonable. But the answer is no again. When I checked with the Hyderabad office they don’t have any clue regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle. When I checked with the Chennai office, they simply say, “Driver doesn’t have a mobile number; so we can’t track where he is now. We’ll come to know only when he calls us”. What an irresponsible answer this is!! I’m shocked to see this kind of response and service. Trusting their words, I have brought my family to Hyderabad now and they are now staying here in a vacant house!!
