Chennai Packers and Movers
Delay in delivery

We had shipped a consignment from Bangalore to Chennai on 25th Nov (Thursday). It was promised that the delivery would be done @ Chennai on Saturday (26th Nov). We called the Chennai Packers and Movers on Sunday (no calls from them regarding the delay). We were informed that, they had lost the consignment papers and the delivery would be done on Monday. No clear information from their office. What we get is irresponsible answers like..."Dont call on this number". They simply hang off the phone while we are talking. One guy asks "What are we going to do with your consignment? There is no vehicle available. We will send it once vehicle is available." It has been 5 days since the consignment has been shipped and still we have not got it delivered. Is there any other place, where I can proceed on taking action towards these guys. We are highly irritated.
