Ref L R # : 16608 - not received my computer table which need to be replaced due to damage

I had requested for transit of my house hold articles to chennai packers and movers @ salem to chennai on 04th Jun through mr.suresh (mob # 9940027011). I had requested to deliver my goods on 06th jun which was agreed by mr.suresh too but unfortunately i didnot get my goods on 6th jun and after constant follow ups and several calls from myside i recieved my goods on 09th jun except computer table because my computer table was damaged and i spoke to mr.selvaraj (mob # 9840225822), Manager - chennai office. He asked me to return back the table through his labour and promised me to deliver the computer table in next two days time..but i did not get any feedback and inspite of me shooting many mails and calling them continously i have not yet recieved my replaced computertable.

I had paid Rs.750/- towards insurance for an maount of RS.25000/- but i didnot recieve the insurance copy..

Request your immediate attention on the above subject and help me in geting my insurance copy receipt and replaced computer table. I want you to take this as a complaint against Chennai packers and movers, division of CNI LOgistics Pvt ltd. Ph no 044 26505401.
