Dear Sir,

last week i went to Chennai passport office to change my damaged passport in Thatkal.i got '"D" Counter token to submit my application form.on that counter there is a worker called Ganesan. He is unnecessarily harassing and threatening people who are on the Que with very teasing words and attitude.people were there was uneducated and coming from urban places are his most victims. Because of his unclear eyesight and attention if the people has the proper document also he is them to prepare it again and again. But anybody comes with the recommendation like CBI officers and some calls on the phone, he blindly approves the document. Am an common man.i was only able to let you know what's happening there.
