Bribery Atrocities

Hi,

Today (12/2/3009), me and my friend were caught by a few traffic police men for a signal violation and not wearing the helmet. The Sub-Inspector in charge Mr. Chelladurai quoted a number of sections and said that the overall fine was Rs.1, 500/-. When we refused to pay he lowered the fine to Rs200/- and asked us to pay it. When we asked him a receipt for it he refused to give us a receipt for the same.

The traffic constables accompanying him also treated us with total dis-respect. It is a pity thatthje general public is at the mercy of such merciless government officials. Please let me know where to log in my complaint.
