Cheque Book of HDFC Bank
Courier not received

Hdfc Bank has sent me a message on 19/11/08 at 10.00am that they have courieredmy cheque book on18/11/08. They have said that it will reach me within 3 working days. I waited all these days for the courier, but today I hv to go out of station at 12pm and so far I have not received the courier. I will be returning on 1/12/08. Now I would like to know the reason of delay and what will the company do to help me out. I am also sending the same complaint to HDFC bank so please do not return the cheque book saying person not found at home. Please contact me on 99237 99787 and let me know how you will deliver my cheque book.
