Yahoo? msn lottery winner is true / false?

Sir i recieved a mail that yahoo/msn lottery has conducted a lottery on july and i have been slected for a prize of 500000 GBP . they asked details to sent the prize to me, on the next message i got courier address to obtain the cheque so for i have to pay Rs.25000. Is this mail real /fake.
