Pathetic Car Servicing in Kolkata workshops

Sir,

I have bought a RED SPARK LT (WB 06 4446) from Kolkata on Aug. It was my first car and after the test drive of Spark I just couldn't think about to buy another car. But through out this 1 year 2 months time span I have been experienced by pathetic Car Servicing. In Kolkata there are two workshops one is Dulichand Motors and other one is India Automobiles. When I take the car there with the problems, rather taking that seriously they are very much interested to provide some extra facilities like Anti Rust, Tefflon Coating etc etc. I uderstand every one is doing business. But when I made the payment for the Car, I have also paid for 3 years servicing charge together. So it's not like I am taking the service from you just free of cost. Only first Re-assurance service was ok (1st Month). After that each time I had to go to workshop twice or thrice for the same problem. One day it was pathetic. I have kept my car for lot of problems. When I went there after my office I found that nothing has been resolved. Security system was showing same problem as it was. As a reward I got one additional problem that is my vedio display for parking sensor is stopped working because of the careless handling. I am working for IBM India Pvt. Ltd. This is not only my feeling, but lot of my co workers have the same opinion. Chevy was my first choice, and now because of the pathetic servicing it's my last Choice, may be u can say not in the list any more.

I don't want people like me who really loves their car and very sensitive about it, should not face the same. We can't take care all the problems as your people can do. Please, ask them to do their job as it is expected. Because they are paid for this.
