Dear Sir/Madam

On 02/11/07 I have purchased chesis of TATA Veh model No LPO 1510C/55/CGS-CNG-BS-3 against Invoice no 630 from M/s Pascos, 1/23-3 Asaf Ali Road, New Delihi 02 for an amout of Rs. 1, 319, 861 12.5% VAT i.e Rs 164, 983 total amounting to Rs. 1, 484, 844/-

On the same day i.e on 02/11/07 one Mr Rohit Sahni has also purchased the chesis of Tata Veh having same model and with same price from the same dealer.

On 21/04/08 the dealer has refunded a sum of Rs. 20, 061/- to Mr. Rohit Sahni vide their Cheque No 866167 on account of excess amount charged by the dealer on above purchase.

I have also requested the dealer M/s Pascos to refund the excess charged amount from me but they have denied to refund it.

It is my humble request to investigate into the matter throughly as to how the same authorised dealer can put two customers in two different yardsticks for the purchase of same model's purchase on same day

At the end I request the TATA MOTORS to take immediate action on my complaint and refund a sum of Rs. 20, 061/- on account of excess charged amount from me as in the case of mr Rohit Sahni.
