Theft of mobile set

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that on 22.10.09 i give my optra magnum to Dynamic motors - Chandigarh for service. As per my habbit i cleared all valuable thngs from the car before giving, in evening at the given time i reached at service center (Dynamic Motors - Chandigarh) and took delievery of my car without any inspection and test drive, but the manger in service centre give me form to be filled by me named as instant feed back, thinking nothing negative i give respond in all good.

while i am on the way to my office suddenly my mind strikes that in morning i forget to take out my sealed box of NOKIA E 71 from safety tray provided under the front seat. on checking i found that box was open but mobile set was not there. Quickly i reached at Dynamic Motors - Chandigarh and made complaint to Manager Mr. Balwinder Singh. At that time he demand some time for enquirin from his workes and told me to come in evening on 23.10.09.

On 23.10.09 arround 1 pm on phone he told me that they didnt find any mobile set, on this i again visit there. but at this his langauage is totally changed and now he was saying that before taking and delivering the vehicle i had giiven my signatures on satisfaction sheet.

but if any body left something in his vehicle it doesnt mean it becomes there, they never check the vehicle in front of customer, they generally ask from the customer and if customer forget something it means he or she has lost it.

Feedback from other customer of this service centre is not good we have to visit there due to single service center in the tricity & panchkula.
