Pathetic culture

I bought a GM Chevrolet Optra from a GM authorised dealer M/s CrossRoads Auto, Kanpur. Henceforth we find ourselves so unfortunate to experience the most pathetic service cultures in the automobile industry. We find this feeling to be common with all the chevrolet users irrespective of the fact the vehicles demand less. Moreover we'd like to name a few dealerships which are performing brilliantly to annoy most of there customers viz. Cross Roads Auto, Kanpur, Gemini Mobiles, Lucknow, AutoVikas, New Delhi. Looking forward to a new customer for my Chevrolet Optra.
