Non delivery of assesories

I have taken a chevrolet spark from venus motors pvt ltd bbsr.

According to assesories features they are suppose to give rear fiber tray back of rear seat. But for that they demand its cost. Is it not available with spark LS model. If yes pl suggest me what to do.
