6000km, front tyres have to be changed

My chevrolet spark has done just under 6000 (six thousand) kilometers and and i have been told by Metro Service Centre, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, to replace with immediate effect, my two front tyres as they have worn-down.

How is this possible? The car was purchased on 20th. August from Regent Motors, Mathura Road, N. Delhi.

The purchase of two new tyres will cost Rs. six thousand six hundred only.

Your immediate attention is sought in this matter

My car is taken for regular servicing for which i have the service receipts
